Executive Committee
The Executive Committee (ExCom) is tasked with administering the Section’s business, which is carried out in Administrative Committee (AdCom) Meetings held monthly. The elected members of the ExCom include the Section officers (Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary), the Past Chair, and the Directors. Additional members of the ExCom appointed by the Chair are the Committee Chairs, the Section Student Activities Chair, and the Section Student Representative. Chairs of the Technical Chapters and Affinity Group for which the Washington Section is lead also attend the AdCom meeting. In order to conduct business, there must be a quorum of over 50% of the elected Officers and Directors members present.
