Awards Banquets
In the spring, the Northern VA and Washington sections honor the volunteers and accomplishments from the previous year at the IEEE National Capital Area Awards Banquet. The formal event usually includes dinner, an engaging keynote speaker, awards presentations, and dancing to live music.
So as not to favor members living in either state it’s held in Maryland in even years and Virginia in odd years. Ticket prices vary based on the venue and sponsorship. Follow the links to see the speakers and other logistics for recent events.
