The meeting shall include volunteer training, section updates and committee member reports. IMPORTANT NOTE: IEEE at all levels continues to monitor the ongoing pandemic and its evolutions. At this time statistical indicators all lean towards March being relatively safe for the vaccinated. Region 2 will require social distancing during our meetings, observing both local ordinance and best practices for the protection of all. Consistent with this, we require that ALL attendees be fully vaccinated and able to show proof of same if requested. If the intended Section delegate or other attendee is not vaccinated, please select an alternate who is, and have them attend. There will be no exceptions. In addition, we are limiting attendance to Region 2 committee and one officer per section (Section Chair or their designee).
