The secret of success in our careers can be summarized in one word – balance. This includes balancing the development of technical and non-technical skills. Two of the most important non-technical skills are project management and communication. This workshop will focus on common sense, proven methods of developing and applying professional skills to significantly increase career success. It includes a brief self-evaluation exercise to help you be more effective as a member of project and other teams in future career opportunities.
