Projects are notoriously challenging and difficult to bring to a reasonable conclusion, however creating a project culture that promotes creativity enables committed teams to overcome the majority of issues and achieve success. Many operating environments can stifle creativity, but this session focuses on what a team in any organization can — and — should do to proactively promote creativity and innovation. Join us and learn how creativity inspiring tools and methodologies, including prominent leadership characteristics, can unleash creativity and innovation to best enable successful results for your team and beyond!

Doug Holly is a Principal at Eagle Management Group, Inc. a business consulting firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, new product introduction, operational improvements and strategic planning services. Doug also teaches Innovation in the MBA program at Loyola University. He has worked as an engineering manger, project manager and executive in avionics and systems programs at IBM and telecommunications and mergers and acquisitions at JDSU. Doug teaches a one-day project management seminar that focuses on doing the basics right so participants can build a strong foundation for project success.
