Congratulations to West Virginia and Akron Sections!

In April 2016, the West Virginia Section and Akron Section have ALREADY surpassed their recruitment goals for the year!  West Virginia is at 115% and Akron is at 101.3%.  Congratulations to these Sections and keep up the great efforts!
