Attendees will be provided with a technical presentation and walking tour of eLoop’s new facility. eLoop provides high quality and cost effective IT Asset Disposition (ITAD). ITAD is the practice of properly decommissioning of electronic hardware and devices, which is critical for ensuring a firm’s data is not compromised. The process ensures that outdated and failed devices are recycled in a safe, secure, and sustainable manner. A variety of equipment types are decommissioned in the plant including but not limited to computers ( desk mount & Laptop), monitors, stand-alone hard drives and flat screen TV’s. The tour will depict how devices are disassembled and/or shredded and inserted into the appropriate sustainable recycling streams.
