As potential nuclear weapon use has become top of mind to many through the specter of Russian aggression in Ukraine and threats from North Korea and China, it is important to assess the potential impacts of nuclear weapons on our communication and control infrastructure. In this talk Dr. Petrosky will describe various ways in which nuclear weapon detonations can affect communication systems.
