New Student Members may join IEEE at 1/2 the price during 1 March – 15 Aug.  Your IEEE Student Membership is a cost efficient way to stay informed and see if IEEE meets your professional development objectives.

New Student Members  joining between 1 March and 15 August receive 50% off their student membership and society dues, and receive membership benefits through 31 December.  That’s 10 months of membership for the price of six months!  

Student Membership dues are less than 20% the cost of Professional Membership dues and Student Society dues are roughly 1/2 the cost of Professional Membership.  However, at this time Student Membership and Student Society dues are 1/2 off the regular student price.   Check out the extensive list of IEEE societies to see if there is one that appeals to you.
