Program risks cause untold problems, causing schedule delays, cost overruns, and burnout. With the aid of automation and intelligent analytics, understand how your company can automate and standardize an often times manual and error prone program management planning cycle.

Laurie Wiggins, Founder, Sysenex President and CEO has over 27 years of experience in systems engineering, program management, and business development, and a unique expertise in risk management. She conceived Program Risk ID and led her team in its design, software development and testing.

A 19-year veteran of The Boeing Company, she held leadership positions on several successful development programs including Space Station Freedom, the Sea Launch launch vehicle and satellite accommodations, flown space experiments, US air traffic control systems and software systems. Her past endeavors include establishing a space payload services firm, ToSpace.

Since leaving Boeing, Laurie has consulted for several years in the aerospace, IT, and environmental industries. In addition to her systems engineering work, Laurie has written successful proposals, winning billions in business for her customers. Laurie established Sysenex in 2012. She is a member of the INCOSE Risk Management Working Group and the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA).

Her vision is to help companies to be more successful by leveraging the power of systems engineering. Program Risk ID brings that vision into reality by helping program personnel help themselves to discover program risks for greater program success.
