Today we fight adversaries individually, not collectively.  Paul’s work in intelligence analysis, counterterrorism, critical infrastructure protection, and non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction influenced his approach to cybersecurity. Specifically, the fields highlighted the need to build an exchange platform which addresses barriers to sharing information–bureaucratic, legal, and market risk and concerns–while providing immediate value to operators defending networks.
